Happy first day of spring y'all!  While it's not as warm as I'd hoped, the sun is shinning and it's supposed to warm up later this week. YAY It's been a couple of weeks since I last wrote and I wanted to give you an idea of what's been happening in the market and what to potentially expect in the coming months. Move-in ready houses are selling and they are selling quickly, especially if they're in a coveted area.  (popular price point is $150,000-$300,000) What do I mean by selling and selling quickly, I'm talking multiple offers at significantly over list price, ( at least $10,000 over).  Some are selling over the weekend and some are selling before we can even get to the weekend.  Ex: A house went active on Wednesday, it was under contract Friday evening.)
