About Me

Welcome! I'm Caroline.

I'm a native of the Triad with an overwhelming need to serve my community.  I am a huge proponent of, "help thy neighbor".

Why Choose Me As Your Agent?

Two words. Go Getter.

I have a passion for serving others, I’ve been a waitress, a middle/high school math teacher and a tutor. This innate sense to give others the best service, to give students the best tools and knowledge to succeed all help me to give you the best home buying or selling experience possible.

My competitiveness, and desire for you to be happy with the outcome, make me an awesome realtor to have by your side. I’m attentive, responsive, and on top of what needs to be done in order for you to have a smooth sale.

I use several tools, along with up to date market stats to help you determine the best purchase price or listing price by comparing other homes that have sold recently in the area. I negotiate on your behalf, and investigate all aspects of the home (roof, drainage, crawl space, yes I even go into the crawl space) just to make sure you’re getting the best deal. I’m also on a team with over 30 years of experience and invaluable knowledge.
